I have earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Arts in Ministry from American Christian College and Seminary.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.

     I have a particular passion and expertise for working with adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and those dealing with relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and counseling to help effectively address personal life challenges.  I combine traditional counseling techniques and current neurological research to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.

     I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck. I temper the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.  I am committed to assisting each individual build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life.
